Studiometry can help you plan and organize all sorts of activities. It is not focused on a specific business type, so you can use it for almost anything, regardless if you are the head of a large company or a freelancer.

Studiometry is available for Windows and Mac OS X, as well as mobile platforms, such as the iPad or iPhone.

The interface of Studiometry is divided into multiple sections, in which you may create and manage client entries, projects, contacts, logs, tasks and invoices. Most entries are created just by typing the relevant information in the appropriate input fields and selecting certain elements in drop menus.

Besides basic information about a client or a project, you can assign many more details to the same entry. The software allows you to associate clients and projects with contacts, logs, tasks, payments, statements, invoices and other specifications. Depending on the selected section, you may find a few useful options in the lower region of the interface. For example, if you access the projects database, you will find options for sending invoices to a selected client, creating estimates, tasks, adding billable hours, expenses and blueprints.

If you charge by the hour, you may create timers, for accurate cost calculations. The software allows you to create timers for specific clients and projects, specify your hourly rate and more. Invoices can be generated by selecting expenses and other elements, from one or more databases. Studiometry places a good number of invoice templates at your disposal, so you don't have to edit them manually.
